Respecting  for customers and understanding  customers ,Continuing to provide products and servic far beyond our customers’  expectations,being their  partners forever. This is the service concept  that  we  uphold and sparkplug  at all time.

一、At every step, the first to think of are our customers. With the transformation from  sales  market to  demand market , our customers’ concept of  needs changed. Facing with numerous products (or service), they  are  more willing to accept good quality products (or service). Quality here does not only  mean the internal quality of products, but also including quality  of packaging and service etc. So we must try to  satisfy our customers’  demand comprehensively .

 Standing  at our customers’ position to research , design, and improve our service,but not our company’s.

Perfecting  our  service system and strengthening  the service of pre-sale, sale, after-sale  and technical guidance .In order to make our customers feel extremely convenient,we should  help them  to settle the problem that occurred in the process of using our product timly .

 Attaching importance to our customers’ opinions,which can enable them   to participate in decision-making.we should make their  satisfaction as an important element.

二、The customers are  always right .

First, customers are  buyers of our  products, but not troublemakers; Secondly, customers know their needs , and this is precisely the need for us to gather business information;

Thirdly, since the customer are  "natural consistent," if we quarrel with a  customer, so it  is the same with all  customer on  this  dispute.

三、Three elements to satisfy our customers:

Product  satisfaction : It means that  customers are satisfied with  the quality of our products.

Service  satisfaction :It means that our customers are confirming our service inclunding  pre-sale ,sale and after-sale. No matter how perfect the product is , how reasonable the price is , but when it is  in the market, we must rely on service. " After-sale service creats permanent customers."

Corporate’s image  satisfaction: It means that the pulic  are  satisfied with the corporate’s strengths and  overall impression.

四、Complying  with the 5S concept  ."5S" means "Smile , Speed ,Sincerity, smart and study. They are abbreviations of five words . "5S" Concept is the most representative of the culture of service innovation and It is not  only full of  humanized characteristics of the times but also  considerable practical.
